The completed papers, up to 8 pages long, including pictures and tables, should be submitted by April 04, 2022.

In addition to the papers, please submit a statement of authorship that you can download HERE.

IMPORTANT DATES

• February 21st 2022 – Abstracts submission deadline
• February 28th 2022 – Notification of abstract acceptance
• April 4th 2022 – Paper submission deadline
• April 15th 2022 – Notification of paper acceptance
• April 18th 2022 – Registration of participation and payment of registration fee deadline
• May 11-12th 2022 – Conference

Papers that received a positive review and for which a conference fee has been paid by April 18th, 2022. will be published in the Conference Proceeding.

The Conference registration fees for participants from Serbia are:

• 7.200,00 RSD for paper publication
• 3.600,00 RSD for paper publication of students

The stated registration fees also apply to participation in the conference without paper.

The conference fees for international participants are:

• 60,00 EUR for paper publication
• 30,00 EUR for paper publication of students

The conference fee, in addition to conference attendance, covers the costs of handouts, coffee breaks and the gala dinner at the restaurant of hotel Holiday Inn, in accordance with the current epidemiological situation.

One author, as the first signatory, can participate with two papers at the specified fees.

CONFERENCE FEES PAYMENT

The conference fees should be paid to the bank account of the Academy of Applied Technical Studies Belgrade.

For participants from Serbia: Account number 840-2118666-55, reference number 74212115, with the note ”conference fee for the conference, name and surname of the participant”.
