ORGANIZATION OF CONFERENCE WORK

CONFERENCE WORK

The work of the conference will be organized through plenary presentations and work by sections (oral presentations and, if necessary, poster sections). The envisaged time for presentations:
  • Plenary presentations up to 20 minutes
  • Oral presentation up to 10 minutes
  • Poster presentations are limited to 70 x 100 cm format

LANGUAGE

The official language of the conference is Serbian, with the possibility of presenting in the languages used in the countries of the former Yugoslavia, as well as in English. Simultaneous translation will not be organized.

The completed papers, up to 10 pages long, including figuers and tables, should be submitted by March 31st, 2024

IMPORTANT DATES

  • February 18th 2024 – Abstracts submission deadline
  • February 20th 2024 – Notification of abstract acceptance
  • March 31st 2024 – Paper submission deadline
  • April 12th 2024 – Notification of paper acceptance
  • April 19th 2024 – Registration of participation and payment of registration fee deadline
  • May 8th 2024 – Submission of a presentation or poster
  • May 17th 2024 – Conference day

CONFERENCE FEES

Papers that received a positive review and for which a conference fee has been paid by April 19th, 2024 will be published in the Conference Proceeding.

The Conference registration fees for participants from Serbia are:

  • 11.000,00 RSD for paper publication (each additional author willing to attend the
    Conference, pays the full amount of the fee)
  • 10.000,00 RSD for participation without paper
  • 6.000,00 RSD for paper publication of students

Papers that have recieved a positive review and which the registration fee has been paid by April 19th, 2024 for participants from abroad will be published in the Proceedings.

The conference fees for international participants are:

  • 95,00 EUR for paper publication (each additional author willing to attend the
    Conference, pays the full amount of the fee)
  • 90,00 EUR for participation without paper
  • 50,00 EUR for paper publication of students

The conference fee, in addition to conference attendance, covers the costs of handouts, coffee breaks and the gala dinner at the restaurant of Hotel M.

One author, as the first signatory, can participate with two papers at the specified fees.
